Clean salads

I think I could live on salads. A good salad can be poetic. A beautiful composition of incredible textures, colours and flavours.

There is a salad for every mood and every occasion. From the zingy citrus sort to the warm, heart warming roast vegetable sort.

I could write a book on salad. Or a blog maybe.

Simple salmon salad – clean lunch

Chutneys, marindates, dips and dressings

I love a good pot of something or a drizzle on the side. These ideas make salads more innovative and exciting to eat. I never use sugar in my dressings and keep the ingredients as uncomplicated and natural as possible.
