Clean snacks

I love a little nibble. I think having some healthy snacks around is really important – not just for me, but for the children too. I make a lot of these clean eating snacks to make sure something is on hand when I want a quick bite.

The key fact is that there is a better way to snack. These little treats taste fantastic, are good for you and fill you up for longer.

Apricot and Cashew Frubars

Cranberry and Orange Crushes

Date and Seed boost balls

Date and Berry Frubars

Ginger nutters

Naked peanut butter bars

Pumpkin seed power bites

Really that easy? seedy crackers

Saintly cinnamon and carrot muffins

Super seedies

Weekend nuts

Brilliant idea, I always reach for the biscuits barrel when I make a cuppa. Will give these a go.

Oh please do. Once you’ve had a go, you’ll definitely go back for more and then probably try your own versions too.
